365-Day Risk-free Returns: Should travel plans change, CityPASS buyers have 365 days in which to return any nonactivated tickets for a full refund. (In spring 2020 alone, CityPASS issued $6 million in refunds to some 50,000 travelers whose trips were disrupted by COVID.)
