Experience CityPASS® Tickets

Important note for spring break/summer travel (March 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024), travel:
Due to high demand — combined with required reservation at most CityPASS® partner attractions — journalists MUST submit requests for media comp tickets a minimum of 2 weeks prior to their planned travel dates.

• CityPASS® tickets remain the legal property of the participating attractions. The attractions set the criteria for when and to whom we can provide media comps. Following the approval of the respective attractions, we can provide a maximum of two (2) complimentary tickets to credentialed journalists.
• To request CityPASS® tickets, please read the credentialing information below to ensure that your request qualifies. Then, proceed to our online request form.
• The attractions allow two (2) complimentary tickets per credentialed journalist/media research tour: one for the journalist and one for his/her guest. We regret that we cannot provide additional tickets for other friends and/or family members.
• Once complimentary CityPASS® tickets have been issued for a specific destination, journalists may not request additional tickets for the same destination within a 12-month period.
• Media comp tickets may not be transferred or sold to another individual, used as contest prizes, or donated for charitable purposes.
