Note: Due to COVID, some CityPASS® partner attractions now require advance reservations for all guests, including media. If you wish to visit an attraction that requires advance reservations, be sure to make those reservations as soon as you receive your media comp tickets. If you wait, you may find that the attraction has no reservations available on the day/time you wish to visit.
Can you add the Alcatraz tour option to my San Francisco CityPASS® media comp ticket?
The CityPASS® Media Relations Department is happy to contact Alcatraz Tours to request complimentary media tickets for working journalists. Alcatraz Tours reserves the right to approve/not approve any journalist’s request. As space is limited on the Alcatraz Tour boats, requests are sometimes denied because the preferred tour is already sold out.
Can I use the CityPASS® media comp tickets I received for a contest or giveaway?
Are CityPASS® tickets available for donations or charitable purposes?
Can I donate my CityPASS® media comp tickets to a charitable fundraiser or auction?
The attractions, who retain legal ownership of their respective admission tickets, do not allow us to provide tickets for charitable or fundraising purposes. Instead, they ask that all charitable requests go directly to their respective giving departments.
